Vivaa conducts its own Teacher Training Course. This intensive program is held over a period of three months with both theory and practical sessions.  Interim examinations are held to let participants know where they stand in terms of their understanding of the course and for their evaluation.

The course maps the integrated approach that is followed at Vivaa, which is an amalgamation of the Montessori and Nursery methods of teaching and also emphasizes the Multiple Intelligences methodology.
